REGISTRATION

All participants must be registered. It is advised to register in advance. Any person who is not registered will not have access to the session halls and exhibition area. Please keep in mind that abstracts without any registered author will be excluded from the Conference Scientific Programme.

REGISTRATION FEES

Fees are quoted in EUR. These prices are final. * Student registration is available to anyone currently enrolled at a recognised educational institution. To be eligible for the student fee, you must provide a valid and current proof of enrollment at the time of registration.

** The National Day Reduced Fee is available exclusively to participants who are either from Poland or currently working in Poland Members may not apply for the Member Participant Fee if they are not an active member. PAYMENT METHODS

Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods: 1. CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD For credit or debit card payments, please choose this option once you finish your registration. The system uses Paysera for online payment and accepts MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa and Maestro. 2. BANK TRANSFER For bank transfer payments, please choose this option once you finish your registration. The Paysera will alow you to choose your bank and made a bank transfer.

INVOICE During the registration, please indicate that you will need an invoice, fill in the details for the invoice, and the invoice will be sent to you within 10 days. All bank transfer amounts should be minus bank charges. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer is the responsibility of each party. All charges shall be paid in full without set-off, deduction or other withholding of any amount which may be due to EDTNA/ERCA. If the customer is required by law to deduct withholding tax or any other taxes or duties from any charges, then the customer shall pay to EDTNA/ERCA such additional amounts as shall result in EDTNA/ERCA receiving the full amount of the charges.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at violeta.vite@edtnaerca.org in the event of the cancellation of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference. THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION CONDITIONS APPLY:

If a change or cancellation made by a participant regarding registration results in a refund, we reserve the right to charge a 50 EUR handling fee. Lost badges may be re-issued for a charge of 100 EUR. In case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, we reserve the right to charge a 50 EUR handling fee.

NAME CHANGE

If you are prevented from attending, you will be allowed to send a colleague in your place. A handling fee of 50 EUR will be charged for each name change. Name changes should be reported in writing to the Conference Secretariat at violeta.vite@edtnaerca.org. No name change will be possible after September 5, 2026.
